DELIVERY

Products that are in stock will normally be shipped the workday after we receive the order and payment.
For out of stock products, you will receive an email letting you know when we predict stock will arrive on our premises.

We offer shipping for all orders within Australia only.

LIABILITY

Scope Instrument Services has public liability insurance which covers our technicians when working onsite. Scope Instrument Services is financially independent of all globe manufacturers. Listing of brand names is used simply to identify the products we are selling. It is the responsibility of the customer to use our products responsibly, and to access and follow all manufacturer’s directions. We are not responsible for damage caused by products sold on our website.

PRIVACY
Your information is confidential. We do not reveal customer information to other individuals, companies or organisations, except for information required specifically for the delivery of your order. When working onsite we will avoid obtaining any patient information, and will uphold patient and customer confidentiality. We do not reveal customer information to other individuals, companies or organisations.


RETURNS

* Please let us know immediately if you receive any items with problems. Click on Contact Us and notify us. After receiving approval by email from Scope Instruments to return the item, send the item in a suitable postage insured parcel to Scope Instrument Services. A decision will be made when the items are examined. Replacement or refund is at the discretion of Scope Instrument Services and are subject to our following policies:

Special Orders
This section does not apply when you are purchasing bulbs in stock. If you have requested globes that we do not normally stock, or you have ordered a much larger amount of stock than which we would otherwise carry, then you may be notified that you have a Special Order. Special Orders are not returnable and not refundable. We will not proceed with a Special Order until the customer replies with their consent.

Damaged Globes
Manufacturer defects will be replaced without charge. Where replacements cannot be found, the damaged items will be refunded. Bulbs physically damaged by Australia Post with shipment in Australia will be replaced without charge. Where replacements cannot be found, the damaged items will be refunded.

Incorrect Globes
Incorrect globes are to be returned unopened and unused in 28 days. If the customer is at error, return the globes and you will get credit for globe cost. No cash refund.
If we are at fault, then we will pay for the return shipping and supply you the correct globes. If we cannot provide the correct globes, then you will receive a full refund.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Mail Address: Orders that are returned due to having an incorrect or undeliverable mail address will still be charged a delivery fee. Credit will be given for the globe cost.
